Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the SkyHub platform and any related services provided by ID Robots ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. ID Robots is a company registered in Bulgaria, European Union.
2. Service Description
SkyHub is a hardware-agnostic cloud platform for autonomous drone fleet management. Our services include:
- —Real-time telemetry and vehicle monitoring
- —Fleet management and mission planning tools
- —Video streaming and data processing
- —Open APIs for custom integrations
- —User management and access controls
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Account Responsibilities
When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Not share your account with unauthorized users
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our services to:
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or aviation authority requirements
- Infringe on the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights
- Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services
- Use the platform for any unlawful surveillance or data collection
- Engage in activities that could harm people, property, or the environment
Safety Requirement
Operate drones only in compliance with local airspace regulations. You are solely responsible for ensuring all flights meet applicable aviation authority requirements.
5. Payment Terms
Our pricing is based on a per-vehicle subscription model:

Billed annually via Stripe
- —All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- —Subscriptions are billed annually in advance
- —Prices are in Euros (EUR) and exclude applicable taxes
- —You may add or remove vehicles from your subscription at any time
- —We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice
6. Intellectual Property
Our Property: The SkyHub platform, including all software, designs, logos, and content, is owned by ID Robots and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services as permitted by these Terms.
Your Data: You retain ownership of all data, telemetry, and content you upload to the platform. By using our services, you grant us a license to process and store this data solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Service Availability
While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues that temporarily affect service availability. We will provide reasonable notice of scheduled maintenance when possible.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- •Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- •We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- •Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
- •We are not responsible for damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
- •We are not liable for any drone operations, flights, or related incidents
You acknowledge that drone operations carry inherent risks and that you are solely responsiblefor ensuring safe and legal operation of your vehicles.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold ID Robots harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Termination
By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, you will receive a pro-rata refund for any unused subscription period.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, or engage in conduct that may harm us or other users. We will provide notice before termination when reasonably possible.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria and applicable European Union law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bulgaria.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and, where appropriate, via email. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
